Previoulsy a rendered dwelling in need of refurbishment the detached 1940's dwelling has undergone a full refurbishment. Situated on the outskirts of Otley, West Yorkshire and commanding panoramic views over the surrounding countryside the house was completely reworked and clad to create a contemporary dwelling.

 

External timber cladding and large picture windows ground the dwelling within its context whilst providing far reaching views out. To the rear is a Cor-Ten clad extension which connects the internal living area with the rear private terrace. Internally the decor reflects the client and their love of travelling and the countryside creating a dwelling which not only sits seemlessley in the landscape but also provides a secure home.
