Refurbishment and extension of a Grade II listed Country House, North Yorkshire
The Hall is a Georgian country house in North Yorkshire set in the shadow of the Cleveland Hills and Captain Cook's monument set within 54 acres of parkland and farm land. Originally constructed in the early 19th Century the hall has been sub-divided into several independent properties and holiday accommodation with the landscape untouched for many years.

The re-development looks to re-establish the hall as one large country residence with a refurbished Orangery and pool wing
To improve the flow through the hall a new contemporary glazed link has been introduced linking the three main wings creating a flexible family home.
In addition to the main hall the proposals look to refurbish the entrance lodge and stables with works also proposed to the landscaping and parkland connecting the hall with its surroundings and re-introducing a silted up pond for use as a heat source to serve the whole house as part of the sustainability strategy.
