We have a regular semi detached house that just isn't working for us, the space is too small and needs a re-jig of the floorplan along with an extension. We have a really awkward shaped plot so needed someone who would have creative solutions to make it work.

 

Every question I had was answered quickly, never condescendingly, and with attention to detail. Stuart was incredibly patient as we changed our minds and then changed it back, requested tiny changes and insisted on a bay window.

We approached Stuart back in May 2020 seeking planning permission to build an accessible family home for my wife as she became paralysed from the chest down in 2019.
