Nestled in the countryside close to Harrogate, Leeds & York designs were developed towards a planning application for the renovation of an existing farmstead and ancillary barns into a private residence with artist’s studio.

 

Working with the existing fabric and buildings the designs proposed to create a sympathetic conversion retaining many of the existing features and maximising views out across the surrounding countryside.
