Located in rolling countryside and Green Belt land the existing property had been converted approximately 30 years ago and the new owners wanted to make significant changes to suit their family’s needs.

 

Designs were developed which remodelled the internal layout and overall form creating a new master suite, two new bedrooms and additional living accommodation.

 

Proposals involved the replacement of all windows and doors in a new contemporary style with the new extension creating the master suite constructed in natural stone and glazing to take advantage of the surrounding views.

 

Planning was granted and the project was completed as a ‘self-build’ by the owner.
