67 Clyde Road, Manchester
Wighton Architects were commissioned to undertake a full review on an existing property subdivided and let as a number fo poor quality bedsits. Working within the constraints of an existing Victorian semi detached dwelling, located in a conservation area, we were able to create proposals which maximised the rentable floor space whilst minimising construction costs for the client.

4no 2 bed apartments have been created within the exisitng form through the conversion of the part basement and the introduction of a small side extension.

Finished to an extremely high standard the apartments are currently fully let.
