A Grade II listed former Victorian hospital has been sympathetically transformed into private residential apartments all set within formal landscaped grounds.

 

Converted by the specialist developer, City & Country Group, director Stuart Wighton worked closely with the client team developing the design and site master-plan and overseeing work on site.

 

Through a detailed appraisal of the site and existing buildings an increase in unit numbers was achieved whilst retaining the majority of the historic fabric and form creating significant additional value for the client.
