Planning was secured for the demolition of an existing pair of poor quality semi-detached workers cottages and replacement with a new pair of traditional semi-detached cottages and cart lodges set within large landscaped plots.

 

Although set in Green Belt the cottages, which were originally only two beds, now provide three bed accommodation which was created through careful planning and design creating an uplift in value for the developer and providing much needed 3 bed housing for the local area.
