Planning approval was gained for a new detached dwelling on land set within Green Belt.

 

The site had previously had a refusal for a new dwelling however following a full site appraisal we were able to prepare proposals which were contextual, sympathetic to the site and complied with local and national planning policies.

 

The design has been developed to respond to the many trees on site which are covered by a blanket TPO and provides a large open plan living / kitchen / dining area to the ground floor with 4 bedrooms to the first.
