Planning and Listed Building consent was granted for the extension and remodeling of a Grade II listed dwelling in the West of Leeds.

 

Located within landscaped grounds on the edge of the city the dwelling has undergone numerous unsympathetic reworkings prior to its purchase by its current owners.

 

The new owners are looking to remove the modern poor quality additions and extensions and extend the property in a more sympathetic manner. The proposals look to create an enlarged sitting room, utility room and first floor bedroom above with new en suite.
