Cowick, Sawbridgeworth

Previously used as an ad hoc builders yard the site, located within Green Belt and adjacent a listed building, has been granted planning approval for a new contemporary dwelling.

 

Through detailed negotiations with the planning officer we have been able to gain approval for a 4 bedroom dwelling which responds to its context creating a simple dwelling with views out over the adjacent open countryside.

 

The site is hidden from public view on two sides with the remaining sides open to agricultural land. Through a detailed site appraisal we were able to establish a clear strategy for the sympathetic development of the site resulting in the approval under delegate powers.
